  • Demonstrate at least one year of trading history. 

  • Report a turnover between $75,000 and $300,000 for the last financial year (2022–23). 

  • Not have received funding through a previous Business Basics round. 

  • Maintain solvency and avoid having owners/directors who are undischarged or currently bankrupt.
